About Us
Residential Care and Community Outreach
Raise Care Ireland is a new organization that is offering a wide range of services to the Health Service Executive, Tusla Child and Family Agency, Mental Health and Justice Department.
We are continuing to develop our residential service for children and for adults with complex needs such as Autism, Asperger Syndrome, Challenging Behaviours and Intellectual and physical Disabilities.

Our mission is to provide whatever supports are required to assist individuals in reaching their potential and becoming integrated into their community.
Raise Care Ireland team of fully qualified professionals work alongside individuals, their family, the HSE and any other clinical professionals with a legitimate interest in the individual’s progression and development.

Our Standards
Raise Care Ireland is guided by The Disability Act 2005, The Childcare Act 2001, HIQA and HSE National Standards, Children First, Safeguarding Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults and Harmony Residential Care’s Policies and Procedures. All staff are qualified in social care and Garda vetted.
Structures
Director of Services Mr. Raymond Carroll and Financial Director Mr. Fearghal Power. While Raise Care is a new service the core people involved have vast experience in providing services to the above statutory organizations in the form of Na Paisti Residential services which closed in 2013.
